Refunds and cancellations

Just signed up and don't want to continue? We're here to help.

If you just signed up for Mine and would like to cancel and refund your subscription, please don't dispute the Membership fee with your bank. Instead, contact us in the Mine App for more help.

As long as you ask to cancel and refund within 10 days of becoming a Mine Member (and you haven't used your card), we'll be happy to take care of a cancellation and refund for you.
